- Philip Berney Philip E. Berney is a Principal at Kelso & Company. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of the High Yield Capital Markets group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Previously he worked in High Yield Finance at The First Boston Corporation. Phil received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar. He is a director of Audio Visual Services Corporation, CCS Corporation, Custom Building Products, Inc., DS Waters of America, Inc., iGPS Company LLC and Wilton Re Holdings Limited.
- Chris Collins Christopher L. Collins is a Principal at Kelso & Company. Prior to joining Kelso in 2001, he was enrolled at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and prior to that he was an Analyst at Stonington Partners. Chris received a B.A. in English with honors from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a director of Audio Visual Services Corporation, Buckeye GP Holdings L.P., iGPS Company LLC, Oceana Therapeutics LLC, Renfro Corporation and Wilton Re Holdings Limited.
- David Cunningham David Cunningham has over 12 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience. Since joining Pegasus in 2000, Dave has led acquisitions, overseen growth and consummated realizations across all four of Pegasus’ funds. Investments in which he has been highly involved include American Wholesale Insurance Company, Genesis Worldwide, Overwatch Systems and the natural and organic protein and pet food businesses of Hain Pure Protein and Halo Purely for Pets. Prior to joining Pegasus, he worked in the Leveraged Finance group of CIBC World Markets. David Cunningham is a Partner at Pegasus.
- Steve Dutton Stephen C. Dutton is a Transaction Professional at Kelso & Company. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he worked in the investment banking division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Steve received a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
- John Fletcher John Fletcher is a seasoned senior executive with deep knowledge of the pallet industry, as well as extensive experience leading global operations. During a 27-year period, John held key positions at Australia-based Brambles Ltd, parent company of CHEP, the wood pallet pool operator, including as Brambles’ chief executive officer for over 8 years. He was also a non-executive member of the board of directors of Telstra, Australia's largest telecommunications and media company. Most recently he served for 6 years as chief executive of Coles Group Ltd, the Australian retail giant.
- Greg Gish He has over nine years of private equity investing and investment banking experience. Previously, he was an Associate at Trimaran Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance/Financial Sponsors Group at CIBC World Markets in New York. Greg is an Associate at Pegasus.
- Joe Montana Joseph C. "Joe" Montana, Jr. is best known as one of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of the National Football League. Starting in 1979, he played fourteen seasons for the San Francisco 49ers, winning four Super Bowl Championships, and then two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. In 2000, Joe was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Joe is a founder of the MVP Performance Institute, a consulting company that offers training to improve individual and organizational performance through lectures, books and training camps. He also owns a real estate investment company, Montana Property Group, and operates the Four Rings Montana Family Foundation.
- Terry Tamminen Terry Tamminen is one of the world’s most recognized environmental policy experts. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed him Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency in 2003, and Cabinet Secretary, the Chief Policy Advisor to the Governor, in December, 2004. He continues to advise the Governor on energy and environmental policy and also provides advice on climate, energy, and sustainability policy to the Obama Administration, several U.S. Governors, Canadian Premiers, Wal-Mart, Netjets, iGPS, and other global leaders, helping them to build a sustainable environment and economy for generations to come.
- Richard Weinberg Richard Weinberg has over two decades of business development and complex financial and legal restructuring experience. From 2000 to 2005, Rich served as CEO of G-I Holdings (f/k/a GAF Corporation), leading that entity’s bankruptcy restructuring efforts, and from 1993 to 2005, he served as General Counsel and a senior executive of GAF Materials Corporation and International Specialty Chemicals, Inc., leading building products and specialty chemicals companies, respectively. From 1987 to 1993, Rich held executive positions at Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. Rich is a Partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors.
