Richard DiStasio, Chief Executive Officer Richard DiStasio is the Chief Executive Officer of iGPS. He has over 30 years of executive-level experience at leading manufacturing, distribution and service companies, with both domestic and international scope. Among his prior positions, Dick served as President, CEO and Chairman of USF Corporation, formerly known as USFreightways Corporation, and CEO for Global Operations of Martin-Brower Company, the world’s largest distributor of products to McDonald’s Corporation. He has also served as Executive Vice President at Maurice Sporting Goods, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Operations at the GRI Corp. Immediately prior to joining iGPS, Dick was an Operating Advisor to Arbor Investments, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Rex Lowe, President Rex Lowe is president of iGPS. A relentless innovator in the field of shipping and logistics, Rex has made a profound impact on how goods and services move in the modern economy through technological innovation and operation breakthroughs in the field. The OptiLedge shipping system, which Rex marketed as president and chief executive officer of OptiLogistics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Inter IKEA Holding Systems B.V., the Netherlands, is an alternative unit load based system used in furniture, home improvement, consumer and business electronics, appliances and other consumer and industrial product markets.

Michael J. Brannigan, Chief Financial Officer Mike Brannigan is the Chief Financial Officer at iGPS. Mike has more than 20 years of finance, accounting and operations experience, primarily in the transportation and supply chain industries. Prior to joining iGPS, Mike spent 17 years at Ryder System, Inc. holding a number of leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Chief of Operations for Fleet Management Solutions, Senior Vice President of Asset Management, and Vice President of Corporate Planning and International Finance. Prior to Ryder, Mike held positions at Procter & Gamble and Arthur Andersen. Mike holds an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Albright College.

Gary Glass, General Counsel and Secretary Gary Glass is the general counsel and secretary of iGPS. Gary brings two decades of legal experience to iGPS, having served as general counsel of an S&P 500 consumer products company, in-house litigator and chief compliance counsel at a Fortune 25 company, partner at a major U.S. law firm and prosecutor in one of the country's premier district attorney's offices. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Fordham Law School.

Jack Sparn, Chief Information Officer Jack Sparn is Chief Information Officer of iGPS. A supply chain veteran with over 30 years of experience in system implementation, design and client support, he was the chief information officer for Alliance Data-Multifamily Services prior to joining iGPS. Jack also served as a senior vice president and chief information officer for CHEP International. He has been a consultant to some of the largest supply chain logistics and billing companies in the country.

Lewis Taffer, Chief Marketing Officer Lewis Taffer is Chief Marketing Officer of iGPS. He has spent over two decades in marketing, business development and general management, building new businesses and growing existing enterprises. The bulk of Lewis' career was spent at American Express Company, where he headed the American Express Gold Card, launched the Membership Rewards Program and had general management responsibility for Card business with the largest companies in the U.S. Before joining American Express, Lew served as Assistant Counsel to the Senate Banking Committee in Washington.
