iGPS Announces Appointment of Jack Sparn as Chief Information Officer
Seasoned Supply Chain Veteran Joins World's First All-Plastic Pallet Pool with Embedded RFID Tags
ORLANDO, Fla. - September 17, 2007 - Intelligent Global Pooling Systems (iGPS Company LLC), operator of the world's first RFID-tagged, all-plastic pallet pool, announced today that Jack Sparn has joined the company as Chief Information Officer. Sparn will be responsible for iGPS' technology, research and development and will oversee systems implementation, process design and integration.

Sparn is a supply chain veteran with over 30 years of experience in information technology and information services. He recently served as the chief information officer for Alliance Data Multifamily Services where he was responsible for all IT, client support and utility sub-meter systems throughout the country. He has been a consultant to some of the largest supply chain logistics and billing companies in the country, in addition to serving as a senior vice president and chief information officer for CHEP International, Inc.
Sparn is a graduate of Kennedy-Western University and served in the military as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer, earning the rank of captain.
