FM lawsuit dismissed

The lawsuit filed by FM captioned Factory Mutual Insurance Company, et al v. iGPS Company LLC, Case No. 6:10cv463-ORL-18GJK, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division has been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice.
