Jeffrey Liebesman, Chief Executive Officer Jeff has over 20 years combined experience in the asset pooling business including through his South African-based company Palogix International. Palogix is a market leader in providing global supply chain solutions and pooling services for returnable packaging goods, including pallets and folding and fixed plastic containers. Palogix International services an extensive range of industries throughout Southern Africa and North America. Robert Liebesman, Co-CEO of IGPS and CEO and Founder of Palogix International Prior to his current position, Mr. Liebesman worked as an investment professional in the private equity industry at H.I.G. Capital in San Francisco, CA, and Catterton Partners in Greenwich, CT. Mr. Liebesman worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, focused on M&A in the Energy and Utility sectors. Mr. Liebesman has an MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a BSc in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Cum Laude). Mr. Liebesman was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Greg Anderson, Chief Financial Officer Greg Anderson is financial and operational executive dedicated to strategic thinking, lean principals, the development of enabling information systems, elimination of waste, and the promotion of cross functional teamwork. Greg has over 16 years' experience in business advisory having served as a Vice President at Richter Consulting Inc. where he developed a proficiency in operational and financial turnarounds, process improvements and due diligence. Tod Sizemore, SVP Business Administration Tod is a seasoned financial and business executive with over 16 years of experience in the pallet pooling and logistics industries. Tod’s passion for automation and a paperless work environment is evident in the many projects implemented at iGPS. In addition, as a member of the original management team, Tod’s mission was to build the financial reporting infrastructure for the company. Tod previously served in senior financial roles for Hapag Lloyd, CP Ships, CHEP and Tupperware. Prior to his career in business, Tod served four years as an officer in the US Marine Corps. Ellwood Hunt, Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing /Product Development Ellwood has been with IGPS since its inception. He has overseen the start-up as Sr Vice President of Operations and Logistics establishing the infrastructure to sustain growth for the business. Ellwood has consistently been at the helm of new pallet development, testing, and implementation working to create competitive advantage in the pooling industry. Prior to joining iGPS Ellwood has held key executive roles with two startup companies: 5 years as Vice President, Sales/Operations Teph Seal Auto Appearance, the largest auto detailing company in the US. Served as Vice President of Operations/Logistics and Customer Service with CHEP for 7 years. All preceded by 23 years experience as Regional / Market Unit GM at Pepsi Bottling Co. Ellwood has fostered key relationships with fortune 500 Companies nationally and internationally in the supply chain industry. Milton Feliciano, Vice President Information Technology Milton Feliciano is a technology veteran who loves learning and leading technical talent. He has experience in multiple industries including: Petroleum, Retail/Wholesale, Restaurant and Call centers; however over his 25 year career, Technology and Logistics have been at the core of his efforts. He has worked in varied environments including Fortune 500 companies / large multi-nationals (Burger King, Clark Refining and Marketing, & CHEP.) His achievements include implementation of large scale customer systems including ERP integration and enterprise level support, multiple successful 1000+ facility implementations, CRM and warehouse systems implementation – all in pursuit of strategic company goals. His background is in computer programming with a degree in Information Systems from the Florida State University and graduate business work at Nova Southeastern University. Before joining iGPS Logistics’ team, he held the position of Vice-President of Operations at a large regional wholesaler of irrigation supplies. Willy Lai, Vice President of Asset Management Willy Lai is the Vice President of Asset Management for iGPS. He is responsible for asset control and tracking across its network. Since joining the company as its first employee in 2006, Mr. Lai has been responsible for setting up the asset tracking and billing processes, as well as designing many of the RFID solutions deployed since 2006. Prior to joining iGPS, Mr. Lai served as Director at BTS, an international management consulting company, serving Fortune 100 clients in North America and Asia. In addition, he served as head of Sales for Warehouse Automation Services, a barcode and RFID solution provider, where he doubled sales revenue and successfully led to the company’s acquisition by its largest customer. He initially worked as Senior Analyst for A.T. Kearney, a global consulting firm. Mr. Lai holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
